The freshest matcha in town.
On a trip to Japan, we tasted matcha ground from whole leaves moments before it was whisked. Nothing prepared us for the difference. We sourced the machine and grind our ceremonial matcha leaves fresh with each order — and made it part of every matcha affogato or drink we serve.

El Canto del Mirlo is a refuge in Jericó, Antioquia, where Colombian coffee comes to life. Inspired by nature and driven by a passion for specialty coffee, they hand-select every bean to deliver authentic experiences that honor its origin and the pleasure of a great cup.
Their carefully developed processes yield coffees that are clean, sweet and complex — a tribute to the grower's craft and the essence of each harvest.
We source our coffee directly from the plantation in Colombia, bypassing every middleman. No hidden hands, no lost quality, no long delays — just fresh, traceable coffee from the farm to your cup.
