How much does booking cost?+
Pricing depends on guest count, location, hours and menu. After your inquiry we'll send a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend 4–8 weeks for weddings and large activations, though we accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
Where do you operate?+
The trailer serves the greater Miami area and South Florida. Long-distance travel can be arranged.
What's included?+
Trailer, fully trained baristas, all equipment, ingredients, biodegradable serviceware and on-site set up.
Do you offer vegan options?+
Yes. Multiple plant-based gelato flavors and oat, almond and coconut milks are always available.
What branding options do you offer?+
We have a series of branding options that are available. These include:
- Stickers on our custom solid/reusable biodegradable wheat straw cups.
- Custom printed coffee and PET cups.
- Custom menu boards
- Custom video on our menu screen
- Signature naming for our affogatos or coffee/matcha drinks

In addition to this, we are happy to create new branding options that suit your event or brand.
Can I provide custom cups?+
Yes — if you have monogrammed wedding vessels, or corporate gifts, we are happy to include them in our service (pending sizing and service compatibility).
